x3270/x3270a

x3270a is a script that computes the correct font sizes for higher-resolution displays, then runs x3270. (x3270 handles scaling of visual elements automatically, but it cannot adjust the font sizes by itself.)

Command-line options

x3270a takes all of the same command-line options as x3270, plus one of its own:

-d

Display debug information for x3270a. This must be the first command-line option.

Environment

x3270a uses one environment variable:

DPI

Override the display's DPI setting (Xft.dpi), for debug purposes.
