wx3270 sound settings

Allows the wx3270 sound settings to be modified.

Two sounds can be configured:

Keyboard click

Made whenever a key is pressed.

Audible bell

Made when the host sends a Write command command with the Sound Alarm flag set in 3270 mode, or when then host sends a BEL character (U+0007) in NVT mode.

The Play buttons (▶) allow the sounds to be previewed.
