Up() action

In 3270 mode, the Up() action moves the cursor one row up. If the cursor is on the top row, it will wrap around to the bottom row.

In NVT mode, Up() emulates the xterm key, sending to the host the escape sequence Esc [ A in normal mode, and Esc O A in application cursor mode.
