uMenuBar() action
New in 1.2
uMenuBar() displays the menu bar temporarily, so a single operation can be selected. After the operation is selected (or after a mouse click anywhere on the main window) the menu bar retracts.
This is useful in full-screen mode or when the menu bar has been disabled through the Settings window.
