TemporaryComposeMap() action

The TemporaryComposeMap() action adds or removes a temporary compose map. If it is given one parameter, the compose map by that name will temporarily replace the current compose map. If it is given no parameters, any temporary compose map will be removed.

A temporary compose map is used when x3270 switches to APL mode.
