If true, the emulator will display the execution time of each command in the Operator Information Area. It is effective only in 3270 mode.

The time displayed is how long it takes for the host to unlock the keyboard after the emulator sends an AID. Depending on the host and the application, this may or may not be how long command execution actually takes.
