Reset() action

From The x3270 Wiki

In 3270 mode, the Reset() action emulates the RESET key on the 3270 keyboard, causing the terminal to be reset.

In NVT mode, it does nothing.

If there is typeahead stored, Reset() works in two stages. The first invocation just flushes the typeahead; the second invocation does a full reset.
