Down() action

In 3270 mode, the Down() action moves the cursor down. If the cursor is on the bottom row, it will wrap around to the top row.

In NVT mode, Down() emulates the xterm key, sending to the host the escape sequence Esc [ B in normal mode, and Esc O B in application cursor mode.
