When set to true, the emulator will negotiate the protocol extensions defined in draft-ietf-tn3270e-extensions-04.

This draft corrects a number of flaws in the TN3270E protocol. In particular, it allows the emulator to learn precisely when a TSO host is ready to accept another command. It should only be disabled if there is suspicion of a bug in its implementation in x3270.
