connectTimeout resource

If non-zero, specifies a timeout, in seconds, that the emulator will wait for a host connection to complete. By default, the timeout will be determined by the operating system.

Note that the emulator will wait for the lesser of these two times (the specified timeout and the system-defined timeout).
