Defines the x3270 configuration directory, where the emulator will search for the ibm_hosts file by default.
On POSIX, the default is usually /usr/local/etc/x3270, though this is a build option and may be different on various distributions. It can be displayed by the action Set(confDir) (New in 4.3).
On Windows, the default is the directory where the emulator was started, which is usually the installation directory.
