Wx3270/Undo redo menu

The undo/redo menu allows recent settings changed to be manipulated.
It is invoked by right clicking on the settings button 
on the main window.
Options
- Undo
- Revert the most recent settings change.
- Redo
- Re-apply the most recently reverted settings change.
